Timber floors need to be repolished during its lifespan simply due to the aging, but other times it may be required is as a result of water damage, spillage of oil, chemical or pet urine. In such cases, it may require re-sanding and possibly staining the floor to hide unwanted damage mark and repolishing.

Staining floors will provide a transformative effect on the floor to a new feeling.

Staining consists of two different methods: direct staining and tinting.

Direct staining is the process of applying the desired stain direct to bare timber and then polishing afterwards to get deep, rich colouring in the floor boards.

Tinting is mixing the stain to polish materials to apply. Tinting is used to match the colour to other existing parts of floor.

Please note that the end product may vary in colour depending on the specific wood type and conditions.
